In week 2 of Photojournalism, we were taught and looked into all different types of photojournalism. This was obviously all new to me as I hadn’t done anything to do with photojournalism before, so i was starting from a clean slate.
The two styles that I liked the most was documentary and candid photos, and after going through all different styles of photojournalism we were then set our task for week 2, which was to find three images of a stye of photojournalism that we has just spoke about, do some research into and write 150/200 words about the chosen style.
My chosen style was photography and i then went on to do some research into some documentary photographers and then found four of the most famous examples of documentary photography and added a little bit of context to them.
After going over the photos, I looked into some techniques of documentary photography and how i can emulate them in my assessment.
